Ordering
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the item(s) listed. We confirm acceptance by sending your order confirmation email — the contract begins then. We reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing or stock is incorrect, and will refund you in full if that happens.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your region. Payment is processed by PayPal on our behalf — we never store your card details. Your order is dispatched after successful payment.
Delivery
See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery windows and costs. We’re not liable for delays outside our control (carrier issues, customs).
Returns
You may return unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Product accuracy
We photograph and describe each piece as carefully as we can. Colour may vary slightly between monitors and in different light. Fit varies between pieces — the size guide is your best reference.
Intellectual property
All text, images, product descriptions and design elements on this site are the property of Galileo & Friends. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We do our best to keep the site running; occasional downtime for maintenance may occur.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Manila.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
