Rest of world
International orders ship via tracked courier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery windows vary from 5–14 working days depending on region. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
All orders are packed in recycled muslin.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn items in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email support@galileoandfriends.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll send you a return authorisation and the return address within one business day.
- Ship the item back — we recommend tracked postage; we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
- Once received and inspected (2–3 working days), we’ll refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically show on your statement within 5–7 business days after we process them.
What we can’t return
- Items worn, washed or altered.
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Sale or final-sale items (marked at time of purchase).
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? Return your original piece and place a new order — we don’t hold stock during exchanges.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll cover return postage and either replace the piece or issue a full refund.
