What we repair
- Loose or missing buttons
- Failed stitching along seams
- Torn hems (up to 15cm)
- Broken zippers
- Belt loops and closures
What we can’t
- Alterations that change the piece’s cut (shortening skirts, taking in bodices).
- Repairs beyond fabric fatigue — if the fabric itself is worn thin, a repair won’t hold.
- Wear-and-tear on sale or final-sale items.
How it works
- Email support@galileoandfriends.com with your order number, a description and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll reply within one business day with an estimate.
- Ship the piece to us at the return address we provide. Repairs take 5–10 working days.
- We return the piece to you at cost.
Cost
Repairs on pieces purchased within the last 12 months are complimentary — you cover the return shipping. Pieces older than 12 months are charged at cost.
