How do I place an order?
Add the item to your bag, proceed to checkout, and complete payment via PayPal (which accepts credit / debit cards and most local methods). You’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, yes — email support@galileoandfriends.com with your order number and the change. Once it’s shipped, treat it as a return.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email once the parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery windows appear at checkout based on your address.
Do I pay customs duties?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery. These vary by country.
How do I pick up in person?
Select “Atelier appointment · Manila” at checkout. We’ll email you within one business day to arrange a time.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
Do you exchange?
We don’t hold stock during exchanges. Return your original and place a new order for the piece you want.

What size should I buy?
Check the size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a closer fit or staying true for an easier drape.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All checkout runs through PayPal, which processes credit and debit cards, PayPal balance, and most European local methods (iDeal, Bancontact, Blik, etc.). Your card details are never stored on our site.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions run over SSL and are processed by PayPal — a globally trusted, PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
